During the afternoon, I’ll lead a Recess Club experience centered around gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and connection. I’ll also share practical ways to care for your whole well-being during challenging or uncertain seasons—whether you’re early in your fertility journey, in the middle of treatment, or supporting someone you love.
