We gather to move our bodies, breathe deeply, reconnect to ourselves, and remember that play is not just for kids. It is for leaders, parents, creatives, healers, and humans who need space to exhale.

Recess Club is for anyone who wants to:

• Get off their phone and into nature

You do not need to be “fit.”
You do not need hiking experience.
You do not need to know anyone.

Each gathering is slightly different depending on location and season, but you can expect:

Most Recess Club gatherings are held outdoors — trails, parks, dunes, beaches, and wooded paths.

We rotate locations seasonally and announce details through our newsletter and social media.
