Recess Club + Henry Ford Cancer Nature Event | July 18th

Ridgewood Picnic Shelter (Shelter G)
An inspiring outdoor wellness experience where movement, caregiving, cancer prevention, and integrative medicine come together through education, connection, and community. A blend of science + self-care in a refreshing, non-clinical outdoor setting.
Guests will enjoy guided movement, wellness education, integrative therapy demonstrations, refreshments, community connection, mini wellness experiences, gift bags, and optional picnic lunching following the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring a packed lunch for the community picnic at the close of the program.
