Join us for a meaningful morning where movement, community, and expert guidance come together in a refreshing, non-clinical outdoor setting.
Our featured guest speakers, including a breast health physician and wellness expert, will share practical insights on breast cancer prevention, early detection, risk reduction, survivorship, and the role of integrative medicine in supporting long-term wellness.
Guests will enjoy a guided nature walk by Recess Club, educational discussions, refreshments, community connection, mini wellness experiences, and thoughtfully curated gift bags. The event is designed to empower women with actionable tools for their health while creating space for conversation, support, and connection.
