Day 1

  • Meet at trailhead

  • Pack check + safety overview

  • 4–6 mile hike in

  • Set up camp together

  • Lake dip or stretch session

  • Simple camp dinner

  • Sunset circle + reflection

Day 2

  • Sunrise coffee + breathwork

  • Light mobility flow

  • Breakfast

  • Pack up + leave no trace

  • Hike out

  • Group photo. Big exhale.
