3.6 Mile Loop Walk We're so excited to get outside with you for an evening of movement, connection, and fresh air in beautiful Birmingham! Please review the directions before the day of the walk. Parking in downtown Birmingham can take a few extra minutes, so we recommend allowing yourself a little extra time to park and meet the group. Event Details Date: Thursday, July 9 Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM Location: Linden Park & Quarton Lake Loop Meeting Location: Corner of Harmon Street & Old Woodward Avenue (Booth Park) Address: 359–399 Harmon St, Birmingham, MI 48009 Distance: Approximately 3.6 Miles Trail Type: Loop Walk This scenic route takes us through three Birmingham city parks, charming neighborhoods, and around the beautiful Quarton Lake. We'll travel along a combination of walking paths, sidewalks, and quiet neighborhood streets as we explore some of Birmingham's most picturesque outdoor spaces. The route is considered easy and is suitable for most fitness levels. While this is a popular area for walking and running, we'll enjoy a relaxed pace focused on movement, conversation, and community. What to Bring/Wear Parking Information 🚗 Street Parking: Metered parking available throughout downtown Birmingham 🚗 Parking Structures: Several public parking garages are located nearby Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the meeting location. Fees No entrance fee. Please note that street parking meters or parking garage fees may apply. Important Notes This event will take place rain or shine unless severe weather is forecasted. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin promptly at 5:00 PM. The route includes dirt paths, wooden bridges, sidewalks, paved paths, and neighborhood streets.
